Following a tumultuous time period in his life, where he privately struggled with addiction, Efron is seeking more Zen in his life, and he's starting at home. He moved out of this place after buying a 'majestic Zen Contemporary' property in Los Feliz in October 2013,  paying close to $4 million for the new home. The fresh start it provided him? Priceless!

Now that Efron's out of the house that was the backdrop to a darker period in his life, he's selling the place.
