I've taken bullish swings on - and been wrong to do so - Amarantus BioScience, Inc. (OTC:AMBS) before. My most recent bullish call on the budding biotech name was in April... a rally that fizzled shortly after I said it was just getting started. Somehow though, I find myself coming back to AMBS as a breakout candidate. This time, however, it's for a slightly different reason.

DeNardi also rates Alaska Air (ALK), Spirit Airlines (SAVE) and Allegiant Travel (ALGT) as Buys and Southwest, JetBlue Airways (JBLU) and Hawaiian Holdings (HA) as holds.
- [By Adam Levine-Weinberg]
However, there are still good stocks to buy in the airline sector, if you look a little further afield. Allegiant Travel (NASDAQ: ALGT ) and Spirit Airlines (NASDAQ: SAVE ) are the two pioneers of the "ultra-low-cost carrier" concept. By keeping costs and base fares low, but charging fees for things like checked bags, carry-on bags, seat assignments, and onboard snacks and drinks, these companies have consistently achieved industry-leading margins. This positions Allegiant and Spirit for long-term earnings growth.

Advisors' Opinion: - [By Robert Rapier]
For the full year, Memorial expects DCF of $129 to $133 million, which would provide distribution coverage of 110 to 120 percent. Because I believe natural gas prices will steadily creep higher over the next three to five years, MEMP could make an excellent portfolio addition with some upside appreciation potential. The one caveat is that it trades at a premium to competitors like BreitBurn and Linn Energy (Nasdaq: LINE). This is understandable in the case of Linn, which is dealing with an SEC issue, but I would take a good look at BreitBurn as a lower-cost alternative.

LINN Energy (NASDAQ: LINE ) had a "wait and see until we finish our Berry Petroleum (NYSE: BRY ) acquisition" kind of quarter. While overall production jumped a very healthy 69% over last year, it just didn't quite meet what the company expected. Weather was part of the problem, but much of the company's woes came in one place: Texas. Does LINN have a problem with Texas' tea? Let's take a look at these pieces of bad news and see if the problems lie with LINN or the Lone Star State.
